1. Promoter
This promotional competition ("Competition") is organised and conducted by Wellness Warehouse (PTY) Ltd ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period
The Competition opens on 01 September 2026 at 00:00 SAST and closes on 30 September 2026 at 23:59 SAST. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to:

• South African residents aged 18 years or older.
• Persons who can provide valid proof of identity and residence upon request.

The following persons are excluded from participation:

• Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, and contractors of the Promoter.
• Immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, sibling) of the above persons.
• Any person directly involved in the administration, judging, auditing, or management of the Competition.

4. Competition Mechanics
To enter the Competition, participants must:

4.2. Post it on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
4.3 Tag @WellnessWarehouse and use #ILoveMetagenics in their post.

* Film the video in a Wellness Warehouse store, and the entry counts twice! That's double the chance of winning!

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Each post is worth a single entry.
• Posts shot at a Wellness Warehouse store qualify for 1 bonus entry.
• Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be considered.
• Entrants must not make misleading health claims.

5. Number of Winners
There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive one prize only.

6. Prize Details
The prize consists of:

• A personalised Metagenics hamper with a total prize value of R10 000

The prize:

• Is not transferable.
• Is not exchangeable.
• Is not refundable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

7. Delivery Restrictions
The following delivery restrictions apply:

• Delivery is limited to South Africa.
• Physical prizes will only be delivered to a valid South African address.
• The winner may be required to collect the prize from a designated location where reasonably necessary.

The Promoter will not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect contact information supplied by the winner.

8. Winner Selection Process

• The winner will be selected on 1st October.
• Winner selection will take place through a random draw.
• The draw process will be conducted fairly and overseen and verified by an independent person as required for regulatory compliance.
• The Promoter's decision is final.

9. Winner Announcement
The winner(s) will be announced on: 1st October.

The announcement may be made via:

• Instagram Stories;
• Instagram Post;
• TikTok Post;
• Facebook Page;
• Telephone;
• Website; and/or
• Email communication.

By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that the winner's name and/or social media handle may be published for transparency purposes.

10. Winner Verification
Before awarding a prize, the Promoter may require the winner to provide:

• Proof of identity;
• Proof of age;
• Proof of residence; and/or
• Any information reasonably required to verify eligibility.
  

Failure to provide the requested information within 5 business days may result in forfeiture of the prize.

11. Alternate Winners
If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Fails verification;
• Is disqualified; or
• Declines the prize,

The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same selection process.

12. Fraud, Bots and Fake Accounts
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Uses fake accounts;
• Uses duplicate accounts;
• Uses automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or software;
• Manipulates or attempts to manipulate the Competition;
• Provides false or misleading information; or
• Acts in a manner contrary to the spirit of fair competition.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence confirming the authenticity of an entrant's account.

13. POPIA Consent
By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information by the Promoter solely for:

• Administering the Competition;
• Contacting winners;
• Delivering prizes;
• Verifying eligibility; and
• Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

The Promoter will not sell participants' personal information to third parties.

Where participants separately opt in to marketing communications, the Promoter may use their information for direct marketing purposes until such consent is withdrawn.

14. Publicity Consent
Acceptance of a prize may require the winner to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Competition.

The winner's first name, surname, photographs, video content, social media handle, and prize acceptance content may be published by the Promoter, subject to obtaining any consent required by law.

By entering, participants grant Metagenics South Africa and Wellness Warehouse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reuse the submitted content for marketing purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries;
• Technical malfunctions;
• Network, server, or platform failures;
• Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of a prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Right to Amend or Cancel
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate, or cancel the Competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.

Any such changes will be communicated through the same channels used to promote the Competition.

17. Instagram Disclaimer
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

18. Record Keeping
The Promoter will retain Competition records, winner details, and supporting documentation for no less than 3 years as required by law.

19. Governing Law
This Competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

20. Acceptance
By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
